Can't sign into 360

I try to play online backwards compatibility with the Xbox one and I try to sign and download my profile but all it says is can't connect to xbox live and to test my connection i tried to delete my Xbox 360 saves but it didn't work help me fix this.

Everything on the Xbox one side works fine.

Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies? How about enabling Compatibility View (which is listed under 'Tools?'

I am experiencing the same problem with my Xbox one. Network connection works fine with Xbox one games but won't connect with Xbox 360 games. I was having the problem with my 360 before I got the Xbox one. I thought it was a problem with the console/network
adapter but it appears it was not. I'm using Xfinity Comcast ISP and I've tested using both wired and wifi networks. I have a computer networking degree and everything else on my network is working normally. Is this a known issue? I even tried setting up port
forwarding to all the required ports on my router and it didn't make a difference.

Hey there jojo4514,

Sorry to hear about the issue with playing Black Ops 2 through Backward Compatibility. Let's have you try these steps to clear the Xbox 360 cache on the Xbox One and see if it helps.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

(Note tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.)

Select Settings.
Select All settings.
Select System and then select Storage.
Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)
