Can't sign in

I can sign in on my computer and phone, but when I go to sign in on my xbox it says they need my password and email for a security update. So when I put them in it doesn't work. And a App passwords don't work.

I believe the problem is that since you signed up on a PC, trying to sign up again on your Xbox fails because your trying to sign up using the same e-mail you already are using. Try "Recovering your Gamertag" to your console using your e-mail address and
password and see if that works. Included below is a link about how to "Recover your Gamertag."

0xc00d11cd (0xc101000c) can't sign in - why? - how to fix it? I'm using windows 8.1

 

Having the same problem. On Xbox i get a message that the email/password didn't work. But they work when i log on from my computer.

 

I,ve changed my password over 20 times. Can,t think of any other passwords now
