Can’t sign in....

I decided to reinstall the xbox app so i cluld use it to message my friends who are on xbox when im not on my pc but when i launched the app and clicked sign in and nothing happened nothing poped up and im so confused on why... but once this happened i got signed out of my account on minecraft for ky phone and cant sigm back in on minecraft either but it works fine on my pc both the xbox app and minecraft. I have checked for updates and other stuff, i have deleted the app a few times etc but jothing works. How can i fix this problem?
