Can't sign in??? Xbox one

It's not just me. My internet is fine and I'm seeing a lot of people on Facebook can't sign in either???

Hey simonharvey71! I would suggest a
factory reset to see if that helps clear up the issues you're having. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

Im having the same problem come on mircosoft fix it!!!

 

You know....it's pretty ridiculous that I can't even play a game PERIOD because I can't sign in to my xbox one. I can't do the campaign mode on BF 4, hell I can't even race on forza 5 because it all requires me to sign on, and my xbox one won't let me. I
keep getting sign on error messages such as 0x80072EE7. My internet has been working fine ALL WEEK! I don't know what's going on at microsoft, but this is pretty stupid. I shouldn't HAVE to be online to play a regular, non-multiplayer game mode. They need
to fix this.

As you get an error message, please check out this error at Xbox Error Status Codes | Xbox Support and follow the steps there.

Please understand that a "working" internet where you may surf around and do email may not be like fully functional for all purposes. Many applications and also the Xbox one require somewhat special settings. Usually you do not need to configure anything
but sometimes you have to. Mostly wrong router settings are the cause of not being able to connect to xbl.



Also Microsoft made it clear from the beginning that the Xbox One needs an internet connection from time to time to check for licenses and stuff even if you play disc based games. The one was never meant to fully functional offline.



So please check out the links I provided and see if this helps. If not please consider to have a system cache reset or at least power cycle your console.

Haven't been able to play games or use Apps since around 9pm EST last night. Netflix was working a couple hours before that. Glad to see i'm not the only one, but it still sucks.

 

I just unplugged my Xbox One for around 15 minutes. Plugged it back in, turned it on and everything seems to work fine. Previously all my connections checked out fine in settings, but apps and games weren't logging in.

 

yep, has been happening to me for a month now. Signing in takes multiple tries and sometimes a hard reboot to fix and I am always able to login to my 360.Microsoft needs to fix this. I know my connection is fine because nothing has changed since I got xbox
one. Worked fine for me for a the first few months.

 

Currently have this, can't sign in so I can't do anything. My Xbox One experience has been below expectations so far. For whatever reason it's stuck on strict NAT as well (I've tried literally everything except get a new router and change ISP even though
mine works fine with every other device it has connected to). Really regret buying it at this point, it's basically broken.

 

Just happened to be. Waited 10 minutes then signed on again and is working fine.
