Can't sign in xbox account on official website

So, I need to change some xbox account settings, but when I try to sign in, I have long loading screen and after that I return to main page without signing in.

I tried clearing cash, reinstalling browser or using another, also tried differebt devices.

Account was created in Russia, maybe that's the problem, but now I'm in another country

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox website access.

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.

2. Use different devices and Network services.

3. Changing browsers. (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari etc.)

4. Disconnect from VPN or Proxy server.

Open Settings and click/tap on the Network & Internet icon.

Click/tap on VPN on the left side, click/tap on the connected VPN (ex: "MPN") on the right side you want to disconnect, and click/tap on the Disconnect button. (see screenshot below)

When finished, you can close Settings.

Then check if you will be able to sign in to any Xbox accounts on account.xbox.com to see if it works.

What exactly happens when you try and sign in?

Does it give you any sort of error message?

What browser are you using?

Have you tried different browsers?

Same problem. I just paid to get age of empires 2 definitive edition and the game works but will not let me play multiplayer and my searches suggest I need to change privacy settings but I am unable to change privacy settings because it does not let me
log in to xbox.com

Thanks for checking. You should first sign in to https://account.microsoft.com. Once you're signed in there, you're automatically signed in across Microsoft services online. You may use this link https://account.xbox.com/Profile to visit your Xbox profile after you signed in to the Microsoft account's website.
