Can’t sign in Xbox 360 on Xbox One

Hi,

Playing MW2 and it won’t let me sign in to my Xbox 360 profile. It says there is a network issue but I can play normal xbox one games online fine so that can’t be the issue.

Deleting the Xbox 360 saved games worked temporarily but this solution seems to have stopped working. I’ve signed out and in, deleted and redownloaded profiles constantly but with no luck. Please help!!!!!

Tried that, even did a factory reset on Xbox One still can’t sign into Xbox 360 nor BC Xbox 360 Games

I can’t make purchases on xbox360 console, I can make purchase on my computer for xbox 360 games, but I can’t play them cause I can’t sign in to xbox profiles or gametags

Mine Xbox just messed up again. Can’t sign in. Deleted profile but can’t get Xbox live connection to sign in.

Why hasn’t Microsoft fixed this problem with so many not being able to sign in to Xbox live. Do you have any idea by chance. It says you work at Microsoft so maybe you might know. Plus there is no one to personally talk to for Xbox 360 live support. Very frustrating

But now I need to download my profile again arggfh

I advise you to test with another profile and see if the problem is in the network to access the xbox 360 services or in the account.
