Cant sign in x box one s

keep creating new profile next day wont let me sign in. Tells me to fix at account.live.com but cant access internet on console unless signed in?

My sons is an x box one s and mine Is just the x box one. We can't sign in to either of our accounts on both consoles!

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Just signed up for xbox cloud gaming and got thrustmaster hotas one stick. For my surprise, it didnt work. Now only solution seems to be purchasing the X-box S console right ? thks
