    Hello everyone,

    I have ran into a bit of trouble. I made a platform Epic Games account on my XBox console, and when I wanted to sign into Epic Games on my PC, it doesn't work, even though I clearly made an account with my Xbox Live. I have emailed Epic Games support, and after everything we tried, at the end, they advised me to contact Xbox. Mainly because they dont have a support email, I thought to post here. Please help

    It's how the licenses work. You can only share content with other acccounts without being signed in on your Home console. You would need to set the new console as your Home.
