    No more error code or messages shown. I reinstalled apps and Windows and still not working. How can I fix it?

    Quantum Break windows 10 pre order code trouble

    To redeem your Windows 10 code you have to redeem it on the Xbox App on windows 10. This

    link     should help.

    1. On your Windows 10 device, sign in with your Microsoft account. You need to use the same Microsoft account that you use for Windows 10.
      Note If you sign in with a different account, you may redeem the Windows 10 version of the game against that account, not yours.
    2. Launch the Xbox App and make sure that you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account that you used to pre-order the game on Xbox One.
      Note If you’re not, sign out and sign back in with that account. If you don’t use the same account, you won’t see the message.
    3. Select the Messages icon on the left-hand side of the app to view your messages.
    4. Select the message containing your code for Quantum Break on Windows 10.
    5. Copy the 5x5 code, and then select the link taking you to the Windows 10 redeem code page. You can also go to the

      Redeem your code or gift card       page to do this.
    6. Paste the 5x5 code into the window and select Redeem.
    7. On the Quantum Break confirmation screen, select Continue.

    Changing gamer tag

    You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

    Xbox 360 SmartGlass not working

    Same problem for me.

    The app succesfully sign in. By either using the Games app on the phone or directly in the Smartglass. But when in the Smartglass, it can't find the console on the same network.

    It gives up after the first attempt and the Try Again button returns nothing. It says it can't find console. Error code 1012.

    I've tested in a Windows Phone 8.1 and in an Android.

    Please fix the app!

    Xbox App Windows 10 Unable to Sign In

    When I launched my Xbox app on my Windows 10 device tonight, I received a message 'we are unable to sign you in at the moment. Try again later' (0xbb)

    At the same time I received a Win 10 notification indicating that I was signed into Xbox Live.

    I currently have no access to the Xbox app. Tried multiple times signing in, even though my OS is telling me something different.

    Without the ability to sign in, I can't even stream from my console.

    Anyone else have this issue?
