    I own the gamer tag on Xbox 360!! We flooded in August 2016 and I lost my 360 due to that flood. The other gamer tag I also had on the 360 is Rogerthat5x5. I purchased an Xbox One and used the gamer tag Rogerthat5x5 and wanted to change to ,
    but it told me that gamer tag was taken. I've tried recovering with all the email addresses I would have associated with Microsoft and haven't had any luck!! I have created 64 but I would like to get my original () back. If anyone can assist
    me with this matter, it will be greatly appreciated.

    Your tag line is confusing... you can't login on your xbox with any account? Not just your own? If you can't sign in with ANY account, more than likely your console is banned from xbox live.

    can't ya delete game, get new gamer tag, sign up with elite with new gamer tag/email, then run game and you should have stats under a new name????

    Do you mean you want to add a second gamer tag to your MS account?

    No each gamer tag has to have its own MS account otherwise it would not know what gamertag to sign into.

    You can't transfer items among different accounts including gtags
    I'm having this same issue. You can't transfer a gamer tag & info to an account that has a gamer tag already created. I need help with this too, if anyone knows how to delete a gamer tag from a sign in so that I can transfer an existing
    one in, that'd be great!
