i tried afew different things but i still cant log in, it was worrking fine early this morning but in the last two hours nothing worrking.

Xbox 360 to Xbox One

I have had an Xbox 360 for a while but it was never connected to the internet and so my profile on it was never connected. Recently I got an Xbox One so now have an online profile with that, I was able after a while to get my 360 connected to the internet
but I can't see a way to connect the old profile to my new one (Only option is the xbox live sign up which stops at my email because its connected to my new account). Is there some way to do this that I am missing?

Cannot even login to my account or any on my console offline.

I'm having the same issue where it wont let me sign into my profile at all. Right at start up before I even try to sign in I get the message saying "can't sign in" and it won't let me into my profile at all. I have found that if I disconnect my Xbox from
the internet I can at least sign in to my profiles and play my games offline. This sign in error is bs! it shouldn't matter if Xbox live is messed up or not or if Im connected or not. I should be able to at least sign in to my profile!

have you tried changing your password then tried logging in with your new password?, also double check you are entering it correctly as passwords are case sensitive etc, keep us updated on how you get on )

P.S can a admin please delete my above post

Hello to you too. I have the same problem but I also can't connect with my profile because it does not appears in my sign in list. Do you have the same difficulties with your profile too?

Okay, so my problem is mostly gone. I can access the dashboard, and sign in to the offline profiles, but I still can't sign in with the Xbox Live profiles (Free and Gold). My Internet connection is working fine, but for some reason I still can't connect
