    Can’t sign in to xbox


    hi My son is having trouble signing in to his Xbox account on his Xbox 1s. He is under my account as a family member. If I try and log in with my account on the same console there are no problems logging in. If he tried under his profile I get error code
    0x8007042C. If he logs in under his profile in a internet browser there is no problem. This has been happening a lot recently. Microsoft originally said unplug Xbox wait 30 seconds and reconnect. This worked once and now doesn’t. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey there, HazzaHumby65

    The error code you have given does not tie to anything. however, not to worry, this just means there is no documentation on how to fix this but we can still work through and resolve this problem.

    Please can you head over to Microsoft account | Your family and sign into your Microsoft Account. Then click onto your sons account and see if time limits are causing this problem?
