Can't sign in to xbox using proper email. Forcing me to use my alt account inwhich I can't...

I think I figured it out myself. Although you can't seem to use a guest account, I downloaded my alt account Microsoft account and signed in with that (on Xbox 360 emulation) on my second controller and it worked. I was able to play left 4 dead versus
split screen.

I signed in on my Xbox and do you have a suggestion on how I can sign into my Microsoft account if I can't get into the email I used for the account

Btw I can't sign in on the computer with that account (read text above), and smart glass doesn't work either.

Can't check billing options or change payment options.

And i never used the proper credit card settings because i never used it on Xbox.
