    Can't sign in to Xbox/Microsoft


    I'm unable to sign in to my Xbox account. It requires me to sign to my Microsoft account to update, but it says either my email or password didn't work. I changed my password and it still is giving me the same error. Code is 8015D002. After a few tries,
    I found answers to delete profile only and redownload it. I tried to do that, but it gives me "that password didn't work. Make sure your password is between 6 and 16 characters, or use your app password if you set up two-step verification." I have two-step
    verification turned on, but I still don't know how to log in if my password is right. I changed my password and my email is correct. I can't connect to a call or chat since it says this question isn't available for these services. I'm about over Xbox since
    this is so frustrating. Can anyone help me?

    You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.
