I'm getting 0x8004804E as an error code.
If you're getting the same then it's ms that's at fault, not your builder

Its a live problem being looked into

WHATEVER you DO, DO NOT do what my mate has done and do a factory reset on the console to then find out its a Live issue

 

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

 

Not sure if what I am experiencing is the same, but the Xbox claims it is signed in, until you launch a game that has cloud sync at which point it will fail saying you are not logged in.

If this is the case, check you time settings, ours were set to 12hrs negative for BNE, also check for daylight savings as that started recently from memory.

The only thing that I have found that works: let it sit for a good 5 to 10 minutes after it logs in, this way it will "find itself" and will be properly connected.

It is hit and miss though. Over a dozen restarts just to get the time fixed - does not help that it required a NTP server and cannot be changed manually when it gets it wrong.

 

The only number I can find for Australia is a Microsoft number: 13 20 58

That doesnt look like any phone number I’ve ever seen before.
