can't sign in to Xbox LIVE. Please use a profile with a valid membership message.

when he enter the code for his us profile he got this message

"this code isn't valid . please enter a valid code"

but when he try the code on his other profile he got this message

"this gamer profile is unable to play on xbox live please check your family settings or obtain an xbox live gold membership"

is there anyway he can get 48 hour free member ship so he can activate the code ?

mine says `Your xbox live membership information is not valid. please use a profile that contains a valid mebership or recover your profile from xbox live' can i recover it while on suspension so i can gain achievement offline

It says This Xbox live membership information isn't valid try using a profile with valid information etc.

That means, that the Gamertag on that console was made "invalid" by either downloading a new version of the Gamertag to another console, or using the Account protection on this website to invalidate the Gamertag on your brothers' console.

You simply need to press Guide, and use the "download profile" option. Then enter the Live ID email and password to download the profile again. And voila! Your profile should work on that console again.
