Can't Sign In to Xbox Live on Windows 10?

I downloaded Gears of War Ultimate Edition yesterday, and tried playing, but it wouldn't let me connect to Xbox Live. Didn't work on Minecraft Win. 10 Edition either. My account works, all services are up, onedrive and all that are still working, and I'm
using the computer in question to write this currently.

I've tried setting the Xbox Services to Automatic and turning them on, restarting the PC, removing the Accounts and Cache folder, looking for any updates to Win. 10 or Xbox app, nothing! And I keep getting different error codes each time, all about it ebing
an Xbox One connecting to Xbox Live after it goes down, which it hasn't, so I have no clue on how to fix this issue. It has a popup to sign in with a different account, I typed in a wrong password to see if its authenticating right, and it sensed it was a
wrong password, but when I put in the correct one it logged it in, but still said it couldn't sign in. Is there a way to Uninstall/Reinstall the Xbox app? What can I do?

Hi Marx, Unfortunately you can't uninstall the Xbox App. However, you can install the Xbox App (Beta). Its currently a new version than the Xbox APP non-beta. See if you can reproduce your issue, if yes, please use the "Report a problem" in the beta version
located under the smiley icon on the left NAV bar. You can DL the app located here:

What exactly should I do with the Microsoft Account Site? I've browsed around, and was able to sign in there just fine. But I still can't login to the Xbox App on my PC.

I have the exact same problem as well since yesterday.. Tried multiple solutions found on the internet, none of the worked.

However, I can login to XBOX in browser without any problem.

EDIT:

This happened to me after changing my primary e-mail adress. I managed to temporary fix it by putting the old adress back as primary.
