Can't sign in to xbox live account (transferring from 360 to xbox one)

hi there,

i have recently bought an Xbox one console and I've tried to sign in to my Xbox live profile but I have run in to some difficulties. First of all, I could not sign in to my profile because although I had my email address and password, it asked me to verify
that this was my account by sending me an email with a link. Unfortunately, I set this email up years ago, and I cannot access my aol account. I could not reset my password due to not having additional security Information on my account.

i tried the xbox support pages, but when I found the link to the solution of my problem, it said, "oops, sorry.. you have found a glitch in the system." So with that option ruled out, I found a link in whigh I could manage aliases. So, I thought that if
I change my Microsoft email account to an address I frequently use, then the problem would be solved. But again problems arised. I had to make a new email account for a start, and after marking it as my new Microsoft account I tried to sign in on my Xbox one.
However, it registered me as a new player and I am now back to square one. I would much appreciate a helping hand on my problem, thanks!

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?

WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

HELP!!! Licence Transfer Problem

If I remember right you can do all that on the Xbox website in your account. And just queue it all up .

On your computer

To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Windows Live ID (email and password).
Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console’s download queue.
Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
Note Downloading previously purchased content to a different Xbox 360 console does not transfer the content's licence. If you want to use content without signing in to Xbox LIVE, you must transfer the content licence to the console. For information on how to transfer licences, see Can’t play content after console was repaired or replaced.

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

Currently it's not possible to transfer anything from the 360 via USB. You would just need to sign into the accounts on the Xbox One. If the profiles are offline profiles, you would need to join Live with them and then you can sign into them on the One.

Unfortunately the only way to do it is to purchase it with the account you want it on. Licenses can't be transferred between profiles, only consoles.

You can't directly transfer anything from the 360 to the One. Anything you purchased on your account that is backwards compatible will show in your Games and Apps area under Ready to Install as long as you sign into the same account that purchased the games.

I understand, but I meant Content Licenses; ONLY for example, say I transferred the licenses from my old 360 to a 360 slim, and then transferred the games as well with a 360 transfer cable; will I need to transfer the Content Licenses as shown by here
before I can re-download them (the content that is backwards compatible at least) onto my xbox one s, or can I just erase my old 360 hard drive and just start "fresh" so to speak
