Can't sign in to Xbox GT

How about stop making this happen every few months? This happens constantly. Annoying that you guys cant figure it out permanently. I pay for this for what reason?

They do their best to provide uninterrupted service, but no matter how pro-active an IT team is, unforeseen things happen. It can be frustrating on all sides, and trust me when I say they feel the pressure to get things up and running as soon as possible.

I had the same issue, I have since tried logging in again to see my gamers ore reset and all my friends have been removed...

All I did was remove all trusted devices as there was a large amount of suspicious activity on my account and this happens, currently in the que for a chat but since I requested to speak to a person somehow I've moved down the list and people have jumped
in front?!?

I just had the same issue signing on but I tried it again right after and it worked for me!
