i'm not able to sign in to my xbox app on my pc it says "can't sign you in right now, try again later."

You can download the app on Xbox One, you just can't sign up from the app. You also can't sign up for the service from the website on a PC. You have to be on either an Android or an iOS device in order to sign up. After that, you just have to login to the
app on your Xbox One or on your PC using the email address you used during the sign up process. As I said previously, I believe it has to do with HBO not using any of Microsoft's pay services and only accepting payments through Apple, Amazon, or Google. I
could be mistaken, but I believe they're doing it this way as it's a loophole in their ability to provide a subscription service through a provider where that provider is not a cable or satellite corporation. Why you can't sign up on a PC and just choose one
of those services and then provide your login details though is beyond me.

Xbox App - Can't sign in

Since December, I have not been able to sign in to my Xbox App on Windows 10. I have tried everything from uninstalling to signing out of my account on the PC. Every time I click the App it opens but just says "Sign In" and you click it and it says "We can't
sign you in now. Try again later." I can't even sign out on the App. I even messed with the Services on my PC...so I have no clue how to fix it. Windows did a sfc /scannow on the CP and that didn't work either. Yes, I have made sure the App is up to update
too.

Error Code: 0x409 0x80080300

This needs to be fixed...soon, please! I have contacted Windows and Xbox Support and just nothing out of it.

There is no solution it's exactly as you been told

Gamepass cannot be shared on pc period HOWEVER JESSIE iS incorrect in a way

Yes it can't be shared however to download the game he must sign into the profile with gamepass and then download the game when done he MUST sign into his account on the xbox app not the PC

SO DONOT sign out of the pc just the xbox app

Then sign in as himself on the zbox app

Nevermind, there was a Windows update. After installing that it's all good.

Didn't work, I downloaded it but the issue is the same in that app, it quickly flashes a dialogue box and then it goes away.

This one at least gives some information, which I've also looked up in my first round or two of troubleshooting and found no luck in getting anything to work. It does say 0x409 0x80070422, if helpful.

I definitely think the issue seems to be deeper, and perhaps related to windows accounts, which is why I tried all the troubleshooting with adding windows accounts and such in just regular windows 10 settings.

Is the issue also present when you go to Xbox.com from your PC and click on Sign In?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app?

Wondering if you have made any changes on your device that might be responsible?

It is also possible that there is a network interruption with the Xbox Live server, the app is out-of-date or your app has lots of corrupted data.

You may try resetting the Xbox app:

Go to Start
Click on Settings
Select System
Click on Apps & Features
Locate the Xbox app
Click on Advanced Options
Select Reset

After resetting, kindly restart the device for changes to take full effect.
