    Can't sign in to Xbox Account on PC or phone


    My brother has recently been trying to sign in to his Xbox Live Account on his PC. It always gives him this strange error. He tried it on his phone. Same error. This error happens whenever he tries to login to his account in the Xbox App or just on his PC overall. There have been videos on how to fix it but nothing works. The account is glitched overall. His account name is SuperBlueToad.

    Is the profile still downloaded onto the Xbox?

    So, when attempting to sign into the account, the platform being used is the website on a PC or phone only?

    Enforcement action information

    I can't sign into my account on MCC on PC. I called xbox support for help and on their end, it says I have an enforcement action.

    I was actually directed here by the support staff on the phone, given that my account status in the enforcement website says clear.

    Is this your first time trying to sign in to the Xbox app on PC?

    As our workaround, please download an Xbox app on your mobile phone. Once downloaded, please sign in your account there. Once done, relaunch your Xbox app on PC and try signing in your account again.

    Do you really need this account for something important or can you create a new one? Can't you do what do you need to do on the xbox app on my phone, pc or your console (where you can actually sign in)?

    You can sign in to Microsoft itself, but xbox live will show the Json string as invalid and you won't be able to sign in

    You can sign in to xboxlive on your phone, but for some reason you can't do it on your pc
