Can't sign in to the new Gamepass Ultimate

Hi Brad !

Thank you for your fast reply , but I'm sorry, I'm signed in with my old good profile ,

and even when I switch to the Xbox page, I see my avatar and my user name.

The problem is when I open the Xbox page I get my info about my Microsoft account , in :

XBOX > Settings> Account> Sign in ... there is no nothing and there is no response !

In the same page I can see my :

Setting>Account>Store Account - correct avatar and Email and :

Setting>Account>Subscriptions> Xbox Game Pass ultimate -it is OK!

There was some delay in my account payment , because the COVID 19 ...as they said.

Right now got a confirmation from my bank , and indeed I have access to XBOX !

Do you have the Xbox App installed on your PC? also, the game pass is tied to your account, if you are on Xbox you should just select game pass from the main Xbox dashboard. No sign in required.

No, They are not. I had GamePass PC earlier and everything used to work properly but then one day I got notification that there is an offer on GamePass Ultimate so I upgraded but since the day GamePass PC subscription ended and GamePass Ultimate subscription started, I can only launch games that are on EA Play and that too from EA Desktop App only.

Now, because the GamePass Ultimate was a 3 month subscription, so I can't even go back to GamePass PC until it's over.

Any game that launches from Xbox app for Windows fails to launch and tried repairing and resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Apps, sign-out and then again sign-in on both the apps but still same thing.

For Example, Forza Horizon 4 used to work earlier but now it does not.
