Can't sign in to PSN minecraft

What’s the exact error message that you’re receiving when you try to link the accounts?
Something like “A Microsoft account is already linked to this account”?

Same problem on PS4, with Plus.

authenticating into Microsoft seems to affect my PSN status. I show as signed in on my machine, and in my son’s PSN, but not in his Minecraft.

Hi there!

Please try to sign out from your PSN account and restart your console. Once booted, sign in again to your PSN account and try to sign back in to the Minecraft Legends.

If it does the same thing, please contact the Minecraft Support team for them to inspect or investigate your account properly on their end. Submit a ticket here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new

You cannot see on the Microsoft website if you linked your PSN account to it or not.

Have you ever played Minecraft on your or a friend's Playstation?

Or maybe have a friend ever played Minecraft on your Playstation?

I ask because maybe your Microsoft account is not linked to any PSN account, but the PSN account on your PS5 is already linked to other Microsoft account - which makes it impossible for you to sign in and link your current Microsoft account to it.

Core Services including signing in are down. Can't game if you can't sign in or the game can't log in to sync save data or game data.

Let me know how the PS4 works when PSN goes down.
