Cant sign in to pc app

Hi All,

I've recently had to change my Microsoft password for security reasons. Since then I've been unable to log into the PC app. I've logged into the xbox fine.

I've tried everything I can think of and I still cant access it.

Open File Explorer.
Navigate to the following:
C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.

Then try to login again, please

I am having the same error code on my PC Cant sign into the xbox companion app

not able to sign in at all on my computer for xbox apps or minecraft which is the end goal for me but did connect on my switch on the same network

Thank you so much for the update, for the connectivity it should not affect signing in. How is it going with signing in?
