Can't sign in to my Xbox live profile on my Xbox One

whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"

Not only I can't connect to xbox live. It deleted my profile when it said to sign in my email to check if update is needed an security purposes an now I can't download my profile cause of connection error via xbox live

I have tried this one already. The problem is that in step 5, I can't sign out of my profile because there aren't any to sign into. And I can't add any because I need to be connected to Xbox Live to add a profile, which is the main problem altogether.

Okay, so my problem is mostly gone. I can access the dashboard, and sign in to the offline profiles, but I still can't sign in with the Xbox Live profiles (Free and Gold). My Internet connection is working fine, but for some reason I still can't connect
to Live

I have read it but it's not applicable in my case. Quote from the guide:

"Note The first time you start an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, you’ll have to sign in and download your Xbox 360 profile".

That's my problem, the profile is not being downloaded, it specifies that it can't connect to Xbox Live, even though my Xbox One is connected since I have downloaded and installed games, added my 14 days trial of Live Gold etc.

Do I need Xbox Live Gold Membership in order to sign in to the Xbox360 profile (which I don't have) ?
