Can't sign in to my xbox account since the update

I haven't been able to sign in to my account on my xbox one x since the system update today. Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to recover my gamertag

I Can't Sign Into my first account anymore since the security update I've tryed countless times reseting it and it JUST WON'T WORK!

Xbox One not signing me in...

This happened even before the dash update.... well, it didn't make me put in my password but I've always had problems staying signed in. I just want a setting that keeps ME signed in. There are no other fucking accounts on my god damn xbox anyway.

Yeah, I already did that before asking. But, I did forget to say I'm getting error message saying,

"something went wrong. please try again later. 0x801901f4"

when I try to sign in.

Hi there sanpablobay,

Thanks for the reply. Now, what we suggest is a reset of the console since the
problem that is causing this could be in the OS. Please take a look at the following resource:
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps)

Before
resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.

The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

If the console is not responding properly by providing the settings menu.
Try this:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Select Reset this Xbox

Select Reset this Xbox and Keep Games and Apps

Give it a shot and let us know the results.

I've only ever had the one account I used an old email to start my account originally, but I have since updated it and used my updated info to sign in on two previous consoles. But since signing in on my new console, I can't find any mention or history of my gamertag on my Xbox account anywhere

I cannot sign into my account offline because the profile isn't loaded yet. I had to restore my xbox to factory settings so the profile doesn't show up and since I can't sign in at all, I can't change the settings to let it sign in offline. My xbox doesn't
need an update. It is connected to the internet just fine and shows no new updates.
