Cant sign in to my XBOX 360 account

    Cant sign in to my XBOX 360 account


    I try to sign in and it says "Sign in with your email and password" but the email address that comes up isn't mine and i don't know the password for it and i can't change the email for it as it isn't my email, but it is my account

    If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?


    WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

    If you are getting the 8015 error code, please go to
    http://account.live.com     to update your security information by adding alternate email address and password, then with your Xbox 360 console, do this following steps.

    1. go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Profile > Select the Profile > Delete > Delete Profile Only.

    2. go to Settings > System > Storage > (Highlight hard drive) Press Y > Clear System Cache

    3. press the Xbox button on your controller and select download profile.

    Signing into the One would not cause an issue with you signing into the 360. Do you get some sort of error message when you sign in?
