Can't sign in to my Microsoft xbox account

I signed in on my Xbox and do you have a suggestion on how I can sign into my Microsoft account if I can't get into the email I used for the account

I can see that you are having trouble signing in to your Microsoft Xbox account. This issue may be caused by the two-step verification feature that adds an extra layer of security to your account. To verify your identity, you need to approve a sign-in request from the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or another device. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the App



1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or device.

2. Tap the Notifications tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. You should see a sign-in request from your Xbox account. Tap Approve to confirm your identity.

4. Go back to your Xbox console and try signing in again.

If still unable to, try to recover your account, you'll need to verify your identity and provide some information about your account history. Follow these steps:



1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr and enter the email address, phone number, or username of the account you are trying to access.

2. Please enter an email address that we can use to contact you about your request.

3. Enter the characters you see on the screen to prove that you are not a robot and select Next.

4. A screen will appear asking you to verify the contact email address. Check for a message from us in the email with the security code, enter that code, and select Verify.

5. Fill in as much information as you can, even if you're not sure. See Tips for filling out the recovery form below.

6. Select Send when you're done and we'll respond within 24 hours.
