Can't sign in to my main account

Yesterday, I changed the email I use for my xbox live account; now today when I try to sign in it doesn't take me to that account instead it makes me create a new profile. So I clicked accept and now I can't sign in to my main account. My gamertag was Ernest

Error codes or Error signing in

I don't know why but I can't sign in to my main account, I can however sign into my old account I don't even use for some reason. Why can I only not sign into my main account and only use other ones. It keeps saying, "There was a Problem" and says, "We couldn't
sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check you account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x8007000E

I don't know what to do someone please help me sign in. I know for a fact that my Live doesn't cancel.

Hello there

I am assuming you are using the correct Microsoft Account to sign in seeing as you changed it to a new one? Sorry for the obvious question but it helps to put everything to the side and I have known users try to use email A after changing their account to
email B in the past, which would reflect some of the above results. Can you please include any error codes or messages too?

The error code is 8015D002 and now both accounts are linked to one email.

Ok, the problem was fixed with my Microsoft for my Xbox 360 now it keeps saying the password is wrong (when it is correct) on my Xbox One

I tried that.

Created a new windows user account but I can't sign in the new account.

It's asking for my password then it shows my account and "sign in" underneath.

I click on sign in but nothing happens.

And after a minute the whole system restarts to sign in again with my main account.

1. This error is because for operating system compatibility reasons, you need to update to the latest version of Windows 10.

2. Try installing the latest visual C++ and updating Direct X to the latest available version.

You could try to start the console by selecting restart when you are in the guide. If that does not fix it then try the power cycle.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
