can't sign in to my free games

I can't sign in. When I try, a screen pops up telling me I have to install the game, which is already installed. Then It says that my purchase cannot be completed and I should try again later. How much longer is later? I've tried half a dozen times over
several hours. Then I get a message that I have to sign in on the account that purchased the [free] game, and I haven't changed accounts!

Can't Sign into Windows 10 Xbox

I suddenly can't sign into Xbox on Windows 10 but can sign into my Microsoft account. I wanted to update Caesars Slot Game but can't sign into Xbox. It takes me to store but it won't connect. This app is free.

 

Xbox is failing on me

What I mean is that whenever I try to sign into another account to play multiplayer games I can't sign in also my Xbox live gold has been renewed but I am having problems with purchasing games for free I even changed the password for one of my accounts but
it still does not sign in.

Let's go ahead and sign out of the game app, and the Xbox App on your device. Then let's reset both apps with the steps here:

Settings>System>Apps& Features>Xbox App>Advanced Options>Reset.

Settings>System>Apps& Features>Microsoft Jigsaw>Advanced Options>Reset.

Then please check if you are able to sign into your account after that.
