Can't sign in to Mixer or Smartglass apps

So randomly one day I was unable to sign into the Mixer or Smartglass apps. I'm using an iPhone. I've deleted the apps, rebooted phone, reinstalled & still nothing. It says that there's something wrong with my account & to log into my live.account which
I've done & there is nothing in there that is telling me that there is anything wrong with my account. I've even went ahead & changed my password just incase that was the issue for who knows what reason but that didn't fix it either.

I contact both xbox & mixer support & they both blame the issue on MS. I contact MS & they blame Xbox & Mixer. So after tons of back & forth with support from MS, Mixer & Xbox, I've gotten no where except that I'm still unable to sign into my accounts from
phone apps. If I'm on a PC, I'm fine but the issue is if I want to use a phone app I can't because they're broken & no one wants to take any accountability for the issue at hand.

Where do I go to actually get help in fixing this?

I think it's an issue on Xbox's end. Many people have had issues with games and apps, including Netflix and YouTube apps as well. I think this might be part of the Xbox services issues that they've been having over the past 1-2 weeks. There has been many
posts by people like this, having the same issue with various apps. I think it's an issue on Xbox's end with the services being a bit overwhelmed due to so many people staying home right now from work and school and attempting to play Xbox or load various
apps at the same time. They are working on it and hopefully these issues will be fixed very soon.

Xbox 360 SmartGlass app retirement. On May 18, 2018, the Xbox 360 SmartGlass apps
for iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7, Windows Phone 8, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 8, and Windows 10 will be retired. Support for the app and content are no longer being
offered

It's for the Xbox One Smartglass app, not 360. Also as I said, I have the issue with the Mixer app as well.

The biggest issue that I have on this though is that they all blame another division on the issue. None of them will take any accountability for the problem thus leaving people like me super frustrated with the brand & left without any type of real answer.
