I'm going to assume that you already tried cleaning your web browser data and cache.

In this case please delete minecraft
After that open the file explorer and find the minecraft folder > delete it permanently
(make sure to backup your worlds if necessary)

After that, restart your device and install minecraft again

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you confirm where did you download your Minecraft Launcher? Is it from MS Store app or Minecraft.net?

Please try these steps:

1. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

2. Go to Settings > Apps > Minecraft Launcher > Advanced Settings > Repair and Reset.

If the issue will persist, I recommend downloading the Xbox app then login your Microsoft account in there. After logging in, try to launch Minecraft Launcher from there and if possible, try to uninstall your current Minecraft Launcher and then re-install it directly from the Xbox app.
