Can't sign in to Live on console but I can sign in on my PC

I've reset my password numerous times and I still can't sign into my Xbox 360 account. I can sign in just fine on my computer though. Iv'e tried deleting my profile and redownloading it, but it still wont work.

Xbox Live with Hughesnet

I can't even sign into xbox live on hughes net...When I turn my console on, it says that an update is required to sign in to xbox live, but it's currently unavailable...I installed the update via flash drive after downloading it on my computer, so I know
that the update stuck, but I can't sign in to xbox live at all...I can download updates and everything else, just can't sign in...so GAY!!!!

 

Gamertag issue

I have two gamertags one, (that has no points) is the actual one that lets me physically sign in on my "LIVE" account on my PC, and the one i have all my gamertag points with on my console. The one i use on my console goes online from console
but i cant sign in with it on my PC. I want to use it as my primary so i can sign in online and console with same Gamertag.

Can you provide a little more info like the type of router you have, your make an model number, your ISP.

Your router can be blocking the TCP and UDP packets being sent to your XBOX and this can be fixed by setting DMZ on your Router/Modem/Gateway.
