    Can’t Sign in to any profiles on Xbox one.


    I understand that xbox live is down or experiencing difficulties.... I however can not even sign into any profiles that are on my xb1. Status says core system is running, but i cant even sign in to mine or my kids profiles. I can however play games that
    are already downloaded that do not require live. Is anyone else having a problem with profile sign in specifically? Save your fingers and time, please Do not respond with a copy/pasted version of Xbox live is down... we all know that Xbox live is down. I am
    specifically wondering about profile sign in. Thanks in advance.

    I too was unable. Trying since 4pm EST (laval quebec). Just tried again as the boy keeps crying and FINALLY got in. Fortnite FINALLY updated and profile FINALLY working. Lets hope this is the last of this outage.

    My xb1 is doing the same thing as well. I’ve done hard resets and about everything i know to do to try to fix the problem but having no luck at all. Wish xbox would fix this problem
    Same. Reset, power cycle, even removed my profile to redownload and cant do that so im completely without my profile on the xbox right now. Not happy.

    Hey there ThinnestSpy4860,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the accounts, it is very possible that due to the outages that you may be experiencing these login issues. Go ahead and take a look at the following support page and see if the
    troubleshooting provided helps us get back into the account.


    If the issue persists then it is possibly due to the outage, at this point I would advise keeping an eye on the

    Xbox Live Status     page and once the outage has resolved give it another try.

    Same for me. It says system core is running. So I should be able to sign in but I cant. My friends have no problems like this atm. Its been like this for two hours
