Can't sign in to any of my accounts. Please help!

I've had my console since launch and have had no probs with it until now. When i try to sign in to one of my accounts, i get the message: We couldn't sign you in, try again in a few minutes or try signing in to your account at accounts.live.com. I've checked
my account and it isn't hacked or anything i just can't seem to access it on xbox one for some reason. Any ideas?

Even I remove my current account, I still can't sign in my Xbox one. Any help please.... urgent!!!

And here…. after a view trys, there was an error called 0x80a40004 which i should have found on this site… but as u can see...

Same here... it worked yesterday. But when i start the Xbox One today, it says to go on account.live.com and verify my security.

I did it and everything was ok... So i deleted all account on my Xbox et try to re-add my account.

It's now saying error 0x80a40004 ... Help pleaaase !

I just learned that the "Xbox Core Services" are currently down and they will be updating us with their progression every 30 minutes, so I would just check about every 30 minutes or so.

The gold subscription is still active, when i check the friends list of my silver account i see my account still has the gold label. I can't log onto xbox.com with my gold account because i can't remember my windows live id or password because i've had this
account for years. so i can't check that site because i need to log in on my gold accounts windows live id to see my billing information
