    Can't sign in to Age of Empires 2 online


    I want to sign in to Xbox Live in Age of Empires 2 but it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist". If I try to create a new account using my email it doesn't let me and says "That Microsoft account already exists." Does my account exist or not?

    You can check if your Microsoft account exists by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com.

    Hi,

    Since Age of Empires Online uses your Xbox LIVE Gamertag you cannot be signed into multiple places at once. If you want to play Age of Empires Online on your PC you will automatically be signed out on the Xbox 360.

    Your gamertag cannot be actively used in multiple places at once in regards to playing games.
