Can't sign in to account

I keep getting an error code of 80151015, and I can't find the code when I search for it. My account can be accessed online, just not on my Xbox360. Was hoping someone could help me out.

Can't sign in to account

I have recently found that I am not able to sign in to my xbox one account unless I use a controller that is connected to an account. My kids and I have separate accounts. I am able to get into my account if I use my controller. However when my son tries
to sign in using his controller, which isn't linked to his account, the screen simply goes greyed out but no options to sign in. You are still able to navigate through apps and screens but no sign in option.

Any thought on how to fix it so he can sign into his account?

Are you still encountering this issue? There was a service alert up around the time this was posted that was shortly resolved, but we wanted to make sure you weren't running into additional sign-in issues. If you are still encountering that error code,

What happens when you try to send the code to your number? Do you see any errors or messages?

An update to this post. I am also not able to switch accounts or get the screen that should pop up when you press the xbox button on the top center of the controller. It simply greys out the screen. You can navigate but you can't go anywhere and no options
come up.
