    Can't sign in to account via 360


    I am trying to sign into my Xbox 360 account so I can upload my profile and get at my dlc's on my One. I keep getting error 80072751. My creds work on internet (like here). I have reset my 360 network settings, turned off/on the 360 and modem and router, no help. Also get error 800704CD. I do not pay for Live. Why can't I sign in via 360?

    My creds worked on my One, and when I went to the store to see about buying the dlc's again, they showed as owned, I just had to download them again. My Anarchy stuff says $2, but since I bought it used, maybe I never had it. Not that expensive 😊. I'll try the stuff on that other thread later. Thx!

    Child account has Xbox Gold on a Xbox one. Can Xbox 360 free games be downloaded to the Xbox one?

    Just how though?

    It looks to me that a child account can't purchase via the website only the console. And you can't get 360 games via the xbox one console.
