Cant sign in the game.

I keep getting this message when i try to sign in.And no i dont have xbox live.I shoudlnt have to to sign in the game.We could not sign you in to Xbox Live.Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at
FAQ Archive - Microsoft Casual Games and refer to the error code: 1170000.I have rset the windows store and the the game.And still getting this error message.Its never done this before.

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

While you might not have an Xbox you're actually using what we'd call an Xbox Gamertag, this is used to track your stats and other save data inside the game. In regards to the error, there's a few others steps to try. Please take a look at the error code

Same issue.

But - other Microsoft games have no issues.

Microsoft ultimate word, and Microsoft jigsaw both login without any issue.

Within solitaire - main screen shows I am not logged in - playing as guest - but clicking on the xbox icon to left of guest - opens xbox app which logs in fine.

The only thing that will not login to xbox live is solitaire. This only started yesterday.

I have gone through everything on the error checking page - none of the suggested solutions make any difference.
