Can't sign in says error 0x80a40010 What to do?

I'm from Iran and I have same problem , I can not connect to xbox live either .my error code is 0x80a40010

 

I have this problem for 2 days now and (iran) and Microsoft support don't give f***

 

Same problem here. What a shame, Microsoft.

 

I have the same problem in Iran but they did nothing.

 

I'm from Ukraine, the same error 0x80a40010 on Xbox, and error 0x8015DC0B (XO_E_ACCOUNT_COUNTRY_NOT_AUTHORIZED) on Xbox app on Windows 10.

Workaround: disable network on Xbox, you will be able to login and play locally

 

The third day do nothing and do not try to explain the situation. Xbox Live Gold paid, I paid, and can not use because of them. I hope you will begin to apply to the courts for them and maybe then they will start to move.

Im from iran and i was xbox fan,i had 360,xone slim,now xbox one x BUT after seeing there is no goog game exclusives i bought ps4 pro for only exclusives,BUT NO I DONT EVEN TOUCH MY XBOX ITS VERY BAD CONTROLLER,ACCESSORIES, ACHIEVEMENT SYSTEM( SOMTIMES MISSING...)
and now this error, I WILL NEVER BUY XBOX AGAIN AND EVEN MICROSOFT PRODUCTS I HAD 950XL BAND2... ALL AWFUL!!!

Actually xbox is most worst console i ever seen in my life & Microsoft is bad seller that ever have been.

 

hi. iam from iran also, and i still cant login to xbox live. it happened from 7 september, i just guess you have banned iranian ips. i am just watching the situation in upcoming days and if microsoft dont respect iranian people i will switch to playstation
in this generation and also next gen in 2020.

Change dns

There is a dns in this topic use it and restart console when u want to sighn in press xbox button and choose ur gamertag if error occurs again do it again,it will sign in but after 30 or 2hrs will sign out do it again

Ive played gow4 multiplayer many times these days iran

 

nx. i know i can use dns. but it dont solve what microsoft has done to iranian customers.

also 178.22.122.100 didnt work on my ADSL ISP
