    Can't sign in/Reinstall my account on 360.


    Can't sign in/Reinstall my account on 360. ( I've been playing for a while now ). Suddenly I can't sign in. It keep downloading it but it's only partial, (then it says there's a problem with my credentials.) Dont leave me hanging here guys, it said on
    Microsoft, that i just joined an hour ago. But my xbox live (xbox.com) has a pre existing subscription AND multiple fames/achievements played. Microsoft seperated itself or something. Ive been playing bf4 but now. Nothin.

    May we confirm if you still encounter issues signing into your account on Xbox 360?

    If so, please power cycle your console and try to sign in back to your account. Take a screenshot of the issue and share it with us.

    The sad thing about these forums is that we are indeed all in the same situation. No one has a clue, but people come here thinking they might get actual support from Microsoft. Meanwhile, Microsoft pretends everything is operational.
