cant sign in region not supported

i just bought my son his dream xbox one with 5 games. but its useless cause im unable to sign in due to message this region not supported . cant sign in cant download cant even play games from c.d. im ectremely disappointed and hes heartbroken

The original post was closed, but this is still an issue. RE: Cannot buy Xbox content from money in Microsoft account, or any FREE xbox item without giving credit card info

Paypal has to match your account region so you cant usr a german creditcard on a uk paypal and expect it to work

Billing info must match the xbox account region

Also has to be in a supported region not all xbox live regions are paypal supported

Fyi billing is not handled here but at your regions 1800 number for zbox

No as you would need to buy a game from the U.S. or whatever region as it's region free

However you cant buy online service or games with a non supported region

Well first yoir account region actual region and console region and language region MUST match

So if you are in france you cant select english yoi go by the nationally supported language

That is because you arent in a xbox live supported region

In order to sign up for.live you need to be in an xbox live supported region
