Can't sign in or play any 360 games on Xbox one

Hi all,

Wondering if I could get some assistance towards my issue. Ever since the latest update I can no longer play any Xbox 360 games on my Xbox one. What happens is It disconnects me from live once I start a 360 game up, and I get this message when I go to sign
in.

"Error, sorry this profile can't connect to Xbox live on this console... To fix it you can download it again"

Not sure why it's asking me this, as it never has before. I tried to download the profile but I can't enter my password since back in 360 area passwords were 6-16 long, my new password when I got the Xbox one is 20 characters. So whatever I do I cannot sign
in. It is worth noting I changed my gamer tag name a few weeks ago also may this have caused this? I believe 2 step verification might be enabled and if so I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I cannot play any 360 games anymore

Why is the Xbox 360 better than the Xbox one s at least on there I can sign in and play my games because this stupid thing has to be on the Internet and connected at all times I can't play any, repeat any of my games. On Xbox 360 it would be easy just sign
in different play here my Xbox refuses to let me do anything until I sign in then tells me sorry that I can't and is making me a hostage to my own consol and having to wait for someone to fix it. I also can barely text on this stupid forum.

 

Xbox One CoD Ghosts

Nope, you definitely can't play Ghosts or any other game on Xbox One with people playing the same game on Xbox 360.
