    Can't sign in, only in Jigsaw


    Two days ago, for no apparent reason, the Jigsaw app says I need to sign in to the account that purchased it. My computer is signed in to this account, my internet browser is signed in, xbox games is signed in and has my Jigsaw info, other games work. It
    is just signing into Jigsaw that is not working. Tried changing settings, tried uninstalling & reinstalling, nothing's working. No recent update done on my computer that would have changed anything. Bugs in the app?

    Please make Jigsaw work!!!!

    Can't access Jigsaw. My points earned are not posted. Can't sign in. What's going on?

    App to Microsoft Solitaire collection does not work

    Similar problem. Can't sign in to solitaire but Sudoku and Jigsaw are fine

    Had a long online chat with xbox support who sent me to windows support who sent me back to xbox support who sent me to the forum. Waste of time. No support seems to be paying attention to this and obviously it has been going on much longer. Time it was
    fixed. In fact well overdue to be fixed.

    Come on support do something.

    My Jigsaw seems unable to connect to my XBox Account, so I don't have my collections and all. Uninstall and re-install only got me from 72, 000 Gold to 1500 Gold -.- Fix it, please, I want my collections back
