Can't sign in on xbox one after some kind of update this morning

IntricateAshton is absolutely right. Microsoft were very clear about possible issues with Beta testing & this update caused a relatively minor problem, which was quite easily solved. Personally, I was a little surprised to have an issue so quickly, but apart
from that I hope that the beta testing will be a useful experience.

The only thing I'd like to know though - what was this update meant to do? I'd really like to know so that I can thoroughly test it all out & be able to feedback to Microsoft. The only change I noticed was the sign in issue; anyone else notice any other
differences after this update? The more we know, the more we can test & then our feedback will hopefully help Microsoft sort out any problems before they roll the updates out to everyone else - which is why I wanted to get involved in these betas.

tried the hard reboot last night but didn't work, hope they fix it qucik

does anybody know where we bring these issues up?, I know they said that Microsoft wants feedback on the beta, I've tried the beta form but it doesn't work.

Followed GL of 2814 advice and did the "hard" reboot & it's fixed the sign in issue for me as well.

I had the same problem. I signed up to get early updates and today Xbox One updated. Then once I tried to sign in nothing would happen. Microsoft if you're reading this please help

i got around the issue by using skype, but again, impossible to test out the new MP features if I can't get anyone in a chat/party.
