Can't sign in on Xbox 360

Hello,

so I recently changed my gamertag (I'm not sure if that the problem) and now I'm unable to sign in on my Xbox 360.

So when I try to log in, I write in my email and password and then the "remember password" screen with two options (remember password or next) pops up. And there is my problem, because I can't choose any of the options. There is just this "loading circle"
for 1 minute until I get an error message code 80072741 (which when I googled it didn't really help me). So I changed my password twice, didn't work. I dis- and reconnected from my WiFi, didn't work. I deleted and redowloaded my profile, which I could download,
although when i get to a similar looking "remember password" screen, same problem as before. So then I deleted my cache, to no avail. I am running out of options.

Note: I can sign in on Xbox One and Xbox app with no problems, so I don't think it's the password. Also I read that I should disable two-way verification, which wasn't enabled in the first place, so thats not the problem either.

If anyone could suggest anything that could help, that would be much appreciated.

You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).

i just re-downloaded my profile again. just type in your email and password and then you should get to the remember password screen. here just wait for ca 5 mins, check "remember password" and press next or whatever it was. wait a little longer and it
should work. worked for me at least

The same is happening to me i put my email and password in and it comes up with rember password wont let me click rember password at all can anyone help
