Can’t sign in on support page

Sorry to hear you are having trouble signing into support.xbox.com. Try opening a private window and trying again to log in.

If that works, try clearing your web browser cache. You can also use a private browser or a different browser (Edge instead Chrome, or Firefox, etc).

To delete your cache from the Edge Browser:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
   
2. Click the Settings and More (three dots) button on the top-right corner.
   
3. Click on Settings.
   
4. Click on Privacy and services.
   
5. Under the “Clear browsing data” section, click the Choose what to clear button.
   

I suggest specifically deleting "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files". Note: It will sign you out of your saved log-ins and passwords.

To delete your cache from the Chrome browser

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
   
2. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots)
   
3. Click More tools
   
   Clear browsing data.
   
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
   
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
   
6. Click Clear data.

I’ve tried going to the enforcement page but can’t sign in to see why I was banned. Also has all my money I paid for digital downloads been stolen? Because if I can’t sign in then I can’t use the content that I paid for. In my book that’s theft no matter
how you split it.

Okay Manx, at this point it sounds like we'll want to open a ticket with the WLID team. To do so, please navigate back to the reset page, and follow these steps:

1. On the password reset page, select the second option (I know info, can’t sign in)
   
2. Click “reset your password”
3. Fill in the form (WLID and captcha)
4. Check “Customer Support,” click “customer support” link
5. Fill in contact email
6. Fill out form with the relevant info, including trouble description and steps tried
