can't sign in on singapore xbox.com

my friend can't sign on xbox.com when he presses the top right button, nothing happens. he tried different regions but they all didn't work. he also used a lot of devices on xbox.com but they all didn't work

If you are using your Microsoft account to log into Xbox.com, please try signing into Account.Microsoft.com. If you sign into any Microsoft account, that should follow you to the Xbox.com website as well.

When the feck are they going to sort the damn time out?! I shouldn't have to change the settings to Canadian, therefore I won't. But this is just too annoying.

i am using firefox but i also tried IE and Chrome. nothing could get here firefox finally did as long as i leave it set to america.

have you tried chrome? or tried using internet explorer? and also try either incognito mode or inprovate browsing (depending on whichever browser) and see how that goes?
