Can't sign in on PC

I have already done this. Whenever i look up the code nothing pops up

This is a error code, You can try quitting the app and give it one last try. Hope this helps. Also try turning off the pc and turn it back on. Wish everything goes well.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble signing into PC Game Pass. I found these steps from an Independent Advisor, let me know if this works for you, or just mark the post as answered if it does.

Press the Windows Button then type Services.
Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.
Then select Run as Administrator
Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager,
Xbox Live Game Save,
Xbox Live Networking Service,
Gaming Services.
Do this with each of the services listed above.
Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Restart your PC and try logging in to the app Xbox again. You can also try installing games through the Microsoft Store app.

That helped thank you, had to set the time to be automatic. Not sure why that would matter though.
