Can't sign in on enforcement.xbox.com

I received 4 emails in the past 3 days about an enforcement action against my account for no apparent reason (I mainly use my Xbox to watch Netflix and YouTube) I've tried to access my enforcement history to see what's going on but I can't sign in. I've tried on both my phone and PC, different browsers, different internet connections. I have no problem signing in on xbox.com

I have had this same problem for 3 days now, I have been trying to login, page refreshes basically, back at square 1. I have reset browsing data. Nothing. This is really frustrating that this company cannot take care of this. Please fix this soon.

Please can you try signing in using inPrivate browsing?

Or clear your cache and cookies from your browser, then try and sign into the site?

I've got the same problem, received an xbox enforcement but its saying i have a perfect record on enforcement history and signs me out everywhere else i go.

doesn't give me an option to appeal it anywhere.

Got the same problem, had a notification, not sure what it is about. But everytime i try to log in, it just refreshes the page on every browser. all other MS sites do work, I searched for this problem and it is not uncommon. And it has been going on for some time no so I do not have any hopes of getting a fix.
